Process
Clear steps. No surprises.
Working with a management agency is a serious decision. Here is exactly what happens, from the moment you apply to how we work together afterwards.
- Application
- Qualification
- Discovery
- Proposal
- Agreement
- Onboarding
- Ongoing Management
Application
You complete a short, confidential form about your business and goals.
- No passwords, IDs or explicit content requested
- Takes a few minutes
- You receive confirmation that it was received
Qualification
A member of our team reviews your application personally to assess whether we can genuinely help.
- We look at fit, not just size
- We'll tell you if we're not the right partner
- We may ask a few follow-up questions
Discovery
A private call to understand your goals, boundaries, workload and current setup — and for you to evaluate us.
- Ask anything about how we operate
- Discuss what you want to keep doing yourself
- No commitment on either side
Proposal
If there's a fit, we send a written proposal with scope, responsibilities, reporting and commercial terms.
- Plain-language explanation of every term
- Time to review it, with your own advisor if you wish
- Changes discussed openly
Agreement
Nothing starts until both sides sign a written agreement that you have had time to read and understand.
- Scope, fees and exit terms in writing
- Confidentiality obligations included
- Access permissions documented
Onboarding
We agree access and permissions together, set up communication channels and establish your reporting baseline.
- Minimum access required, authorised by you
- Named manager introduced
- First 30-day plan agreed
Ongoing Management
Regular planning, execution and reporting — with you making the final decisions.
- Weekly pulse, monthly review, quarterly strategy
- Direct line to your manager
- Scope adjusted as your business changes

What you can count on
How decisions are made
We accept applications when we believe we can add meaningful value and have the capacity to do it well. Decisions are made by people, not automated scoring, and we explain our reasoning when we can.
Communication structure
You get one named manager, a private channel for daily coordination and scheduled calls. Response times are agreed upfront.
Reporting
A weekly pulse, a monthly report with commentary and a quarterly strategy review. You see the same data we do.
Contract transparency
Fees, scope, responsibilities, term and exit conditions are set out in writing before you sign. We encourage independent legal review.
Creator control
You own your accounts and content, set your boundaries and approve key decisions. Delegated activity can be limited or revoked.
Confidentiality
Your identity, personal data and earnings are protected under written confidentiality terms and shared only with team members who need them.
Step one
Begin with a confidential application.
It takes a few minutes and creates no obligation.
